Therefore, when visiting the premises, all customers, contractors and guests are informed of the Hawk Plastics Limited Emergency Evacuation Plan, Fire Safety Instructions, Emergency Contacts, Plant Layout and designated meeting area. The organization defines as “soon as practicable” as an immediate call to action. In the event of imminent on-site emergency, information is provided instantaneously verbally or via printed handouts and maps.
